	"This past Friday... and Tuesday... we had two of your plumbers at our home to reroute our entire hot water system... they were true gentlemen. Thank you for living up to your reputation and the referral we received to use Rudd Plumbing. We were extremely pleased with the work ethics of these men and how well they conducted themselves while in our home. We have had many contractors in our home over the years, especially plumbers to work on our broken pipes, but have never had a finer crew. Granted, we had a difficult house to work in since it has a very low pitch roof and the plumbing was older, but this didn't stop these men from working with it without any complaints or hesitations. One was delegated to do the crawling in the attic (which has minimal crawl space) but he went back and forth too many times to count, but he did it well and the two men worked very well together... I really wanted you to know that we were 100% pleased with these men and how well they presented themselves and how well they did the job and maintained an orderly work area. Last year I needed your service for a minor repair which was handled quickly and professionally. A couple of weeks ago I needed the same repair ... I knew the repair was not under the warranty and hoped the repair would not cost as much as it did last time.
